Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your information when using ATLAS Development’s products and services.

Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver, secure and support our products. This includes:

• Account identifiers: We store your Roblox user ID, Discord user ID and license key to associate purchases with specific accounts and to prevent unauthorized sharing or resale of keys.
• Device and network metadata: When you request a license check or interact with our servers, we automatically receive your IP address, user agent (browser and operating system information) and limited device fingerprinting data. This information is collected solely to mitigate DDoS attacks, detect exploitative scripts and combat client abuse.
• Usage and diagnostics: We record event logs, timestamps and error reports to monitor service health, troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
• Support communications: If you contact us through Discord or email, we may retain a record of your messages and any additional details you provide to resolve your inquiry.

How We Use Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

• License verification: To validate that your license key is genuine, associated with the correct Roblox account and not being misused.
• Security and abuse prevention: To identify and block malicious requests, automated bots and attempts to bypass our licensing system. IP addresses and device fingerprints help us detect patterns indicative of DDoS attacks or modified Roblox clients.
• Customer support: To answer questions, assist with lost keys or transfer requests and address technical problems via our Discord server.
• Analytics and improvements: To understand how our services are used, fix bugs and optimize performance without compromising individual privacy.

Key Management and Security

Product keys are stored in a secure, hashed format. We never store your license key in plain text. Keys are bound to your Roblox and Discord accounts to prevent unauthorized resale or sharing. If we suspect that a key has been compromised or used in violation of Roblox’s, Discord’s or our own terms, we may temporarily or permanently revoke the key. You can request reassignment of a key by opening a ticket in our Discord with proof of purchase.

Data Retention and Deletion

We only retain your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• Transient device and network data: IP addresses, user agents and device fingerprints are stored in volatile memory only and automatically cleared whenever our servers restart, which typically occurs every 48 hours. We do not persist this data to disk.
• License and purchase records: We maintain a record of your purchase and associated account identifiers for the lifetime of your license to support re‑downloads, updates and anti‑fraud measures.
• Support logs: Conversations in Discord or email are retained for up to 90 days to ensure consistent support and may be kept longer if required by law or to investigate abuse.

You can request deletion of your license and support records at any time by opening a ticket on our Discord. Please note that deleting your license record will disable your access to the product.

Discord and Communications

We use Discord as our primary support and community platform. When you join our Discord server or interact with our bot, Discord may share your user ID, username and message content with us. We use this information solely to provide support, verify your purchase or respond to reports. We do not monitor your private messages on Discord and will never ask for your password or personal details. All requests of any kind need to be handled through our Discord: Join our Discord.

Third‑Party Services and Data Sharing

We rely on Roblox APIs, Discord servers and cloud hosting providers to operate our services. These providers may receive minimal data (such as your user IDs or IP address) to deliver their functionality. Each third‑party service is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers. We may share information with law enforcement if required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of our community.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, including license details and support interactions.
• Correction: If your account identifiers are incorrect or outdated, contact us through Discord to update them.
• Deletion: You may ask us to delete your license and support data; however, deletion of your license record will revoke your access to the product.
• Communications: You can opt out of optional announcements or promotional messages through Discord by adjusting your notification settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes via our Discord or website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ATLAS Development’s products and services. By purchasing or using any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as Roblox’s and Discord’s policies.

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using ATLAS Development’s services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our products. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Our products are designed for users who meet the minimum age requirements of Roblox and Discord (typically 13 years or older). By using our services, you affirm that you satisfy these age requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the activities of minors under their supervision.

User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, the Roblox Terms of Use, the Discord Terms of Service and these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our licensing system or bypass any security measures.
• Share, resell or otherwise redistribute license keys or digital products without our express permission.
• Use exploits, bots, automation tools or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt our services.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

Licensing and Keys

When you purchase a product, you obtain a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use that product within Roblox subject to the associated game or product rules. Each license key is uniquely tied to your Roblox and Discord accounts. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your license key without refund if we determine that you have violated these Terms, Roblox’s or Discord’s rules, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Key sharing, resale or circumvention of regional pricing may result in immediate termination of your license.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Roblox’s authorized payment system. Because our products are digital goods, all sales are final. At our sole discretion, we may provide a refund or re‑issue a key under exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate purchase) if requested through our Discord support channel.

Service Availability

We strive to keep our verification servers and products online and available. However, maintenance, updates or technical issues may cause interruptions. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and are not responsible for losses resulting from downtime. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.

Termination and Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access and disable your license key immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem abusive, fraudulent or harmful. You may also lose access if Roblox or Discord bans your accounts. We reserve the right to remove you from our Discord server or block you from our products for violations. You can appeal a termination by opening a support ticket in our Discord with relevant proof.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, availability or reliability of the products. We do not guarantee that our services will be error‑free or that they will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ATLAS Development, its owners, developers or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the products. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Modifications to the Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and announce significant changes through our Discord server. Your continued use of the services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ATLAS Development operates, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in that jurisdiction.
